Aug. 7

7:31 a.m. at Superior Drive and West Campbell Avenue: A man, 38, was stopped for a vehicle code violation, and found to be DUI. He also had a outstanding warrant.

10:41 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 33, tried to walk in front of a patrol vehicle in the parking lot. He was found to be under the influence.

Overnight in the 100 block of Union Avenue: Someone entered a unlocked Toyota Highlander and took a computer bag.

6:12 p.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 48, was arguing with employees and refused to leave the business when ask to do so by staff. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and had an outstanding warrant.

9:27 p.m. in the 1100 block of Bismarck Drive: A man, 38, was contacted outside his apartment during a dispute. He was too intoxicated to care for himself and was arrested.

Overnight in the 500 block of West Latimer Avenue: A 2017 Jeep Renegade was stolen.

1:09 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 35, was asking for a business that did not exist and pushed someone. He was located in the women’s bathroom and arrested.

Overnight in the 1000 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone broke the window to a vehicle.

Aug. 9

Overnight in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone vandalized the skate park with spray paint.

Overnight in the 1100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The victim’s credit cards at a party.

3:49 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole a backpack with a laptop inside.

Overnight in the 1400 block of Camden Avenue: Someone forced entry into a gated area and stole a white Ford van.

7:20 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone drove up to the victim in the parking lot and an argument ensued. The suspect threatened the victim and brandished a black pistol from his waistband.

9:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Campbell Tech Parkway: A man, 30, had an outstanding warrant for vandalism and was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe.

12:39 a.m. at Camden and South Bascom avenues: A man, 50, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was in possession of methamphetamine.

1:17 a.m. at San Tomas Expressway and West Campbell Avenue: A driver, 26, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was DUI. They were in possession of cocaine and on DUI probation.

2:07 a.m. at 1240 Camden Avenue: A man, 18, was contacted after he was reported brandishing a knife in the parking lot. He was in possession of the knife that was concealed on his person. He brandished the knife to three victims without reason and threatened all three. He was in possession of methamphetamine and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Aug. 10

5:19 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 29, was contacted during a dispute and was in possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:45 p.m. at East Campbell and Gilman avenues: A man, 68, and a woman, 56, were stopped for vehicle code violations. They were found to be in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and credit cards not belonging to them.

1:09 a.m. in the 200 block of Echo Avenue: A woman, 54, made verbal threats to physically harm the victim, 70, and was attempting to break down the victim’s bedroom door when officers arrived.

8 p.m. in the 300 block of Orchard City Drive: The suspect punched the victim in the face, causing a broken nose.

Aug. 11

6:49 a.m. in the 800 block of Virginia Avenue: Someone attempted to steal a Toyota Tacoma. The victim interrupted the suspect, who then ran.

10:21 a.m. on the Los Gatos Creek Trail: During a physical altercation, a man, 47, threatened the victim. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and was a felon in possession of pepper spray.

2:01 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 65, was in possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a scanning device.

12:01 a.m. at White Oaks Road and San Tomas Expressway: The driver of a silver 2021 Ford Mustang failed to yield during a traffic stop for vehicle code violations and fled at high rate of speed while driving recklessly.

1:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Del Prado Drive: Somone entered a residence by breaking the side gate lock and smashing the rear sliding glass window and stole two wallets.

1:15 a.m. at West Hamilton and Carlyn avenues: A man, 26, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be DUI.

1:57 a.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: A woman, 23, was a felon in possession of pepper spray.

9:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of Salerno Drive: The victim received an email regarding a job offer, reached out to the number and sent them $500 in Apple gift cards.

Aug. 12

7:10 p.m. in the 1400 block of Ontario Lane: During an argument, a man, 42, pushed the victim, causing visible injuries and pain, and took her cellphone to prevent her from calling 911. The suspect had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for battery and elder abuse.

9:06 p.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Almarida Drive: A man, 51, was involved in a collision and was found to be DUI.

9:23 p.m. in the 400 block of Sunnyoaks Avenue: A man was involved in a collision with a parked vehicle, was found to be DUI and was booked. The passenger in the vehicle was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

Aug. 13

12:31 p.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: A woman called to report that a man, 38, had been following her and made over 150 calls to her the night before. He also is suspected of slashing her tires. There was a peaceful contact order between them that was violated.

1:09 p.m. in the 200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone entered a business via a window and was seen inside rummaging through the drawers, taking cash.

Overnight in the 800 block of South San Tomas Aquino Road: A 2000 gray Chevy Tahoe was stolen.

4:58 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone took $250 worth of clothing and fled the store.

10 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects entered a store and stole items for the second day in a row.

4:38 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Two women entered a store and stole items.

10:35 p.m. in the 1400 block of Camden Avenue: A woman, 35, was causing a disturbance and was ingesting Dust-Off.

1:04 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Third Street: A man, 21, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI. He was also in possession of a fake California identification card.

Overnight in the 2100 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A beige 2011 Hyundai Equinox was stolen.

>
