More moves are obviously ahead as placekicker Tanner Brown is among those let go ahead of Tuesday’s deadline.

THOUSAND OAKS — The Rams have submitted their 53-man roster for opening weekend against the Seattle Seahawks, with the team announcing its remaining cuts a couple hours ahead of Tuesday’s 1 p.m. PT deadline, though more changes are surely afoot.

For openers, the final roster does not include a kicker, as Tanner Brown was among those players who were waived with no recall. So, too, were offensive tackle A.J. Arcuri, defensive end T.J. Carter, linebacker Daniel Hardy, defensive back Quindell Johnson, receiver Tyler Johnson, tight end Nikola Kalinic, center Mike McAllister, defensive back Cameron McCutcheon, guard Grant Miller, receiver Xavier Smith, linebacker Keir Thomas, receiver Austin Trammell, quarterback Dresser Winn and linebacker Jaiden Woodbey.

Among the cuts were two notable recent draft picks: former Wisconsin offensive lineman Logan Bruss (third round in 2022) and former Central Arkansas defensive back Robert Rochell (fourth round in 2021).

Defensive tackle Marquis Copeland, running back Royce Freeman and quarterback Brett Rypien were terminated as vested veterans, while linebacker DeAndre Square and defensive back Rashad Torrence were given waived/injured designations.

With those departures, the Rams introduced their roster, for now, which included newly acquired guard Kevin Dotson but at least one glaring need for a placekicker.
